Hello, I have a problem, every time I am referring tuning the set top box, or try the new decoder for my clients (with their new subscriptions for you)
my ip is disabled for frequent reconnections to the server ....
Keep in mind that I always use only a decoder for my account, and does not seem right that I am disabled ..
Keep in mind that a lot of customers who procure subscriptions from you ...
Is there a solution or should I think of something else?

Hello, please keep in mind that it is server, not a living person, who bans you. We cannot set it up so that to ignore only you when you tries new decoder for your clients....
Funny enough last night I was watching a channel and all was good, I fell asleep, when I woke in the morning I discovered I had a 10 minute ban for frequent attempts, please explain?

Check the settings of your mg_cfg file if any. If there is no such file, check emulator settings. Typically, bans for frequent attempts are given because of emulator which is set wrong.
