Title: Channels not working VIP Astra

Hi,

Today 05/09 at 18:45 GMT, not any channel of Digital Plus is working? Reception of signal is perfect and connetion to cardsharing server perfect too. Cyfra + plus subscription working fine.

Is there any problem.

Hello, Digital+ is without 100% guarantee. It is not sold separately and it means that the package is not fully supported.

i know that the Digital Spain Channels are not guaranteed , but i can not receive  any of the Channels for an Week , are they are broken ?

Unfortunately, we cannot handle the package, that is why it is coming without guarantee. If it works - OK, not working - we can do nothing with it. Wait until it's working again
