Paid with my Visa debit card to OnPay.ru on the 19/08/12 and still no balance on this site !!! Here is the line on my card statement.
"19/08/2012 CARD PAYMENT TO ONPAY.RU,702.01 RUB, RATE 0.02/£ ON 19-08-2012 (INTERNATIONAL USE FEE £0.3)
What is the problem please. ?
Contact their support service. If they charged from your card and did not transfer to your balance, they will do it manually by your request. In your request, specify all your payment details.

Have you told them that "merchant site" (our service) has not received any payments? Have you followed up all procedures described in our tutorial when paying via onpay.ru ? I suspect that you closed browser window without waiting final result of your transaction and opened other window (probably, of other browser). Please read instructions again very carefully and recall everything what you did when paying. If your payment is lost, after some time you should have refund to your card. The money has left my account.
support@onpay.ru say that the money has been credited to this site.
and NO i did not close my browser before completion of the transaction.
Please check again Suma they are adamant that you have received payment.
Moderator already checked your payment. He said that you did something wrong. You missed something when you made your payment- either did not wait until the end of transaction and closed the page, or something like that. If your payment was successfull, you would see it in your balance. If you see that your balance has not been deposited, you missed some step and made wrong procedure. Have you registered to liqpay first before paying? If you did, you would be able to see your balance (read the link i gave you about successfull payments - this is not advertisement, but the case when i want to show everybody that both onpay and interkassa are working if you follow the procedure of payment). Moderator can do nothing about this and you have to wait until your payment is refunded back to your card. You have to strictly follow the described procedure, otherwise your payment would gone to nowhere.
Ok sound then, my money has been taken from my account ,the support@onpay.ru say you have the money and i'm left up shit creek.

Paying attention to the date of your first post - it was September, 2 - and the date of your payment - it was 19/08/2012 - i would like to ask you a question - what did you do during the time between those two dates?
Why shall we investigate the case which is nonsense? The event has already gone. You have not checked your balance neither immediately, nor after 2-3-4-5 days (the period required for card authorization). Even in a week after your payment, you kept silence. Now, you have awaken and start discussing the things which you (i am sure) even do not remember.
Are you sure that all steps described in the tutorial were fulfilled? Are you sure that everything has been done even following the procedures described in the topic on Successfull payments?
In any payment system, there is a chat window - where you can discuss all issues if any. Now, you are sending your mails to support...

On your instructions it says to WAIT FIVE WORKING DAYS TO ALLOW MONEY TO CLEAR
it was a bank holiday weekend here so i waitedthe extra 3 days .
I went on away on business for 7 days and on returning i checked back here for my subscription.
Onpay.ru say You have the money and it is tracked as via the above instruction line they emailed to me. !
Telling me i have missed the train is bullshit.
You have the money and if you do not resolve this today i will inform them and it will be dealt with as a fraudulent activity.

You have the right to do anything you like. If we have your money, the money would have been deposited to your accound a long time ago.

Are you sure? Look how many users are registered on our server and how long we exist.
Ask Onpay for refund, as your payment cannot be processed by our billing.
What you did is the following:
After you opened billing and selected payment system, you were redirected to Onpay page. Then, after clicking "Pay" button, you have copied the link and paste it to the other browser. You paid loosing session, i.e. you seemed to transfer money to our Onpay account but without info about yourself, to which account shall money be deposited, etc. As a result, money has been deposited, but our system does not know who is the owner of the money.
Our advice: ask Onpay on refund. Wait until the amount is refunded and pay again but strictly following step by step instructions (VIA billing, not changing browsers).
Though, I am not sure that you will do that.
I asked onpay to issue a refund as you sugested and they refused saying and i quote .
"That can not be. This payment is credited seller. we see enrollment by number 3834296. Please refer to the merchant's website. Let the seller will go into their account on the Registry tab payments and will pay under the number 3834296. Payment already listed to it and return it to himself, he can only."
So what next please Suma.
I have forwarded all our and your communication to the Moderator. As soon as he comes back from vacations, he will read and consider what to do. All payment issues are considered by the Moderator.

Onpay.ru have replied to my emails saying they have been in touch with yourselves so what is happening please ?
