I can confirm that this is the best way to deposit any money, lowest costs and sometimes it's not bad to trust the banksystems, in the end they run the show no matter what language....
Problem solved to confirm i am me, by Liqpay, check your homebanking, there will be a reserved amount, calculate this with valuta of own country and write without , or . the sum i liqpay's verification field, your card will be accepted, and you allways end up with your own cards verification, so it's safe....But it took me so long time, and a lot of patience, Suma, you know what the word patience means, yes ? I think this is what neither of us have.....at least i admit it ;)
For me Interkassa it's working very well. I don't understand russian, but I click on the green task :-). It's relativ fast
I think, I have translated all unknown signatures on the pic - even green button - and wrote over (under, near) each significant signature what does it mean in English...
It's for everybody- be attentive when looking and reading the screenshots!

This is what I've got right after sending my card details. (it's 3D secured)
It's really creepy having to deal with errors in an unknown language (google translate doesn't help, just produces nonsense) with credit card in one hand!
Paypal was expensive, but at least it was secure and easy.
Just want to add info, if you're not receiving SMS, on the right is icon CHAT, click on it, type your name/problem and they fix it in a second, just played two days with this, registered webmoney, registered passport, nothing happened, still cannot pay with it, interkasa with fixed sms was superfast. It's now my preferred payment.

You have to solve this issue with them, not here, and ask them - why? If you have provided all details required correctly (telephone number and card shall be of the country you live in)- they shouldn't do that

They blocked not your card, but frozen the amount 0.01-3.00 (USD?) on it to be further transferred to your account. Read the description at the very bottom of the page - where it is clear, that if this is your 1st payment via that service, they will verify your data within 1-5 days. All your future payments will come faster...
I tried so many times, still no luck .Bank says it's not possible to purchase from these two sites liqpay and interkassa.
They blocked 5 credit cards as i was trying to deposit into the account for my subscribers.
The old method was quiet efficient and nice.
Any alternative solution ?

I have followed the guide and everything worked as far as the end of the guide and I now have money in the liqpay account but how am I supposed to transfer it from there to my subscription account. When I try to use Interkassa again it just tries to take more money from the card.

I've been trying since 2 weeks to pay via your mentioned methods but it always rejects my cards, I've tried almost 9-10 visas/mastercards of my clients and mine as well but never succeded ,it's really getting complicated please make an easier way to pay .

Do something suma....
Everything is working if all conditions are observed:
1. Your card is allowed internet payments (incl.3D secure)
2. You IP is matching with your country you live in
3. Your credit card is matching with the country you are living in
4. Your telephone No. is matching the country your are living in
In case you pay for the first time, it takes up to 5 days to varify the card. Next payments are almost immediate.
Obey the banking rules and you will always succeed.
Everything matches, still no luck ...

Same here. Three different cards from three banks and no success.
my bank said that they dont support that service (liqpay) anymore (i don't know why, maybe because of frauds?!) and all autorization requests from liqpay are automaticly rejected/blocked
Uniteller has blocked my cards and wants id and cc scan.
Robokassa doesnt work - endless 'waiting for authorization' and nothing...

since many of your customers are from uk/eu why dont you use a proper service such as moneybookers.com or nochex.com if you cant setup paypal - they are pretty easy to setup and would be more trusted ;)

We are not internet shop and we are not legal service. As soon as PayPal or moneybookers detect this, they will close access for us. Can't you understand this? We are not E-bay, and we are not E-shop. Can't you understand that this is a large flow of payments and transactions? We have experience with PayPal so far. What is the result? You see.

1. What is your login in the billing? We tried to find your payment manually, but unfortunately, we could not find user with "laciluk" nick.
2. There is no e-mails from your address received by Moderator.
3. Which administrator do you mean?
4. Have you contacted Interkassa support? You need to contact THEM. If payment has not been deposited to your balance, Interkassa has not sent it. Why? Ask Interkassa.
my account is rusnak666, payment number in interkassa was IK7997746, i dont know if i can put here also the number of the credit card, also wrote to interkassa, no reply till now, thank you
