Ok so i managed to pay by Web Money.

Its a bit of a hassle, but i guess we have no choice, if you are having trouble here are the steps:

1) Sign up on http://wmtransfer.com - make sure you use a correct mobile number as its always required to verify everything by sms verification code!
2) After signup, create a new USD "Purse", this was enough for me no need for EUR.
3) Now you need to topup your created USD Purse with WMZ (virtual money), but before you do that you need to upload your passport or goverment ID as you won't be able to get/send WMZ's until you do. Click on this link to go to your list of documents and upload them. For photo ID's make sure they are the same as in your info provided, and scan both front and back so there are no delays. Link to upload documents: https://passport.wmtransfer.com/asp/bNewDocUpload.asp
4) After uploading, select "Other Aim" as the reason for uploading your file(s).
5) You will receive email notification once your document has been checked and approved. Took me about half a day, if it takes longer you can complain on this url, it speeds things up: https://support.wmtransfer.com/asp/services.asp (Select Webmoney.Passport) as the service support group.
6) After your documents are confirmed, you now need to select a provider (exchange point) of who will topup your WMZ money into your account. I went with web-money.co.uk, but i also found others (you should search locally in your language in google to find your local exchange provider). If you want to buy WMZ by paypal, there is also a site called http://www.exchangezone.com/en/welcome where you can buy WMZ or Perfect Money or any other service virtual money by paypal. Although this is a longer process and need verification again on their site (grrrr)
7) After you do your exchange with your local provider or web-money.co.uk (who just require your WMID and to transfer money to their bank account) your WMZ purse will receive the amount purchased.
8) Go on cardsharingserver and select webmoney, issue the invoice for the amount you want, and you will straight away see payment alert on https://my.wmtransfer.com/dashboard.aspx so then you pay it (will need sms confirmation) and whoala, after a few mins your account will be credited on cardsharingserver.

I am also using Webmoney without problems
as I have already described it here in the forum, I simply copy&paste the text here. Basically nothing has changed, except that you now need to pay by invoice - even easier than before :) start the payment from your CS-account > go to Webmoney-website 1-2 minutes later - the invoice will be shown and can be processed

perhaps someone is interested in my billing experiences after Paypal is disabled :)
I signed up to http://webmoney.ru. After some mails to support and back for around 2 weeks: I still have my formal passport on that service - and more is not required, no need to verify in addition and you do not need to pay for any extra passport - the free of charge passport is fine (depends on the amount you need to spend, but, at least from Germany, up to 100 euro per month is no problem)

2 ways to pay:
using the top-up option from https://top-up.webmoney.ru/ via online banking. The service is not always available but when it works the money is moved to your purse on instant (and can be transferred to cardsharing server. I use the Webmoney Keeper MINI service option from cardsharing.cc to add money from webmoney.ru)
In this case you need 2 purses (at least in Germany, I think whole EU): one WMZ-purse (Dollar) and in addition a WME-purse (Euro).
Via the top-up service you can transfer money to your WME-purse using online banking and once the money is showing you can exchange the money from your WME-purse to the WMZ-purse
cheap: I paid 112,€ for online banking, got 110WMEs and exchanged it to 131,83WMZs (18th August 2012), transferring to cardsharing.cc will also cost around 50 cent :)
2nd option: use "Exchange webmoney to paypal" service - http://bank.exwp.org
here you can transfer money from Paypal (Service > purchase webmoney from Paypal) - money is hold back for 4 days after payment, so take some time
or use bank transfer ("Input - output WMZ" >> Output WMZ > To Euro). You will get a mail (5-30 minutes) > check your exwp-Account > find a note to which (german, at least in my case as I am from Germany with a german bank) bank account you have to transfer money to and the subject for the payment >> 1-2 working days after you transferred the money to the shown bank account in the note to your request the money will automatically be transferred to your webmoney.ru purse (WMZ already, no WME-purse required)
less cheap: paying 40€ I received 45,40WMZ points
using Paypal will cost 1% more charges

I hope it helps someone to get his cardsharing account paid :)
bottom line: any payment method is at least much cheaper than the old Paypal service but if the first mentioned service top-up.webmoney.ru is not working you should expect 1-2(3) working days for processing your request (assuming you pay directly after receiving the transfer informations)

just used the "Onpay" system after going round in circles for the last couple of hours trying to use the webmoney & INTERKASSA methods to no avail.

it actually ended up quite straightforward (unlike the others) & the $20 i deposited showed immediately on my balance with the card sharing server.
it really was no harder than making a purchase within the uk.

i paid with a Nationwide Visa Debit card for those that want to know.

looking forward to trying out a package now :)

After hours of painful failures with all the systems and following the tutorials very carefully, all failed in particular the Interkassa, but then I tried the Onpay one more time (was going to be my last attempt and I assure you I did not do anything different) the money then went into the liqpay account. Interestingly enough Interkassa also uses liqpay but all failed on these attempts. I have just gone in to Onpay again now and done another payment very quickly and with no problems. I think Onpay is the best, but very important (as written in the guide) to register your card first. Once this is done it would appear that everything after is just as simple as using Paypal. Just one tip, remember to change the drop down menu from "Yandex" to "Visa/Mastercard USD (liqpay)" or you will have loads of problems! Also in English so no need to worry about not understanding.

Successfully used onpay.ru (google chrome).

Before using onpay, I first registered my card at liqpay.com (switch to english, go to my liqpay, login with phone number/sms, register/link card). I immediately got the message my card was accepted. I logged out and started a new onpay.ru payment from the portal (change "Yandex" to "Visa/Mastercard USD (liqpay)" as already mentioned). Onpay uses liqpay for payment in a separate browser window while it's waiting for completion of the payment, so don't close any browser windows. After payment, onpay (still waiting for completion of the payment) detected the payment automatically (took less than 10 seconds) and I clicked return to reseller and the payment was deposited into my account.

Before you attempt payment you must first logon onto Liqpay.com and resister your credit card.  This point is not explained clearly in the notes.  Once your card is registered you may then proceed to make payment following the guidlines in the notes.

HI

i used onpay.ru using a visa card and it went through very easy. i have a card that i only use for this sort of payments and never have any money in it and when i before making the payment i put the money in that card ( to be on the safe side)

only problem is my bank charge me 1.50 for overseas transaction

Hopefully this might help some users.
I have successfully used both Onpay and Interkassa more than once, so now understand the system, but today I have tried to top up an account and gone round in the same circles as when I first started. It would appear that if you use Mastercard all goes well but when I try and use Visa it all collapses because when the "verified by visa" page is supposed to come up so you can complete the transaction it is blank so you can't do anything. This was the problem I first had and I have just repeated it 4 times. As soon as I changed to Mastercard it went straight through first time, and the Visa card is linked to the Liqpay account as well.
It would be interesting to see if all those who have had problems are using Visa.

I use Onpay since it was launched on CSS.

Now, as per the guide I chose Visa/Mastercard/JCB/DC. I think those who choose the liquipay system will encounter errors.

Now interestingly there is one extra step not mentioned in the guide. after you fill out your details, and click to pay, you will get a 2nd screen with a green button on it. It translates to something like return to merchant. you need to click that then you get the next screen as shown in Suma's guide.

there is a link there to go back to card sharing server, do click it because that will create a FRESH cookie session and this then will show you that indeed your funds have arrived.

One thing to note OnPay does contact your bank's 3d protection system. It's a little box with your banks logo on it.

So far I know that HSBC, Natwest, and LLoyds use it in the UK.

-Lloyds, you dont have to do anything
-HSBC, you need to enter the password
-Natwest, this will ask you for specific characters from your password (e.g 3rd, 5th, 9th), enter the characters it wants.
-Barclays, these do but Ive never seen what it requests.

Some ad remover apps can remove it from the screen also, so make sure thats set to disabled for the site urls that OnPay uses.

In that screenshot the user who had natwest needs to activate it first.

After many hours fustration Onpay didnot work .web money didnot work
i bought ukash voucher no good no acess code for webmoney

Interkassa with liqpay did work after sucessfully linking credit card
to account.

Their chat line was very good in english very helpfull
and  transfered very quickly. Just waiting to see the convertion rate
from uk card company.very small comission from liqpay to cardshare.
Will see if i get cleared channels tomorrow.

I have been trying via on pay for days , the merchant has changed and its so hard work.
I found the easiest way is Interkassa. BUT theres a twist. View the tutorial on here because if you let google translate the page it doesnt work. the tutorial shows what you need to put where. payment is instant

Hi, you have to ask liqpay support (support@liqpay.com) why they did not transfer your payment. This is a topic for successful users who made complete payment (including transfer to the user's account). You made half of transaction, it cannot be considered successful.

Paying successful with InterKassa(LiqPay): Here the Steps i do!

1. Link my card with Liqpay use Link in Forum http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=30553.0
2. After successful linking insert the amount 25$ and click to connect to LiqPay
3. Select MASTER/VISA
4. Insert my llinked Card number VISA and press pay

--------- NOW I GET EN ERROR--------
5. I open chat and tell support what i want and have problems with payment: Support tell me in spain it´s better to link an MASTER CARD not an VISA!
6. So i start to link my spanisch CC MASTER-> success
7. After i start from step 2 & than 3 & 4 with Mastercard Data
8. Now i get the Master Secure Page for insert my Seucre Pasword from my Master Secure.
9. Successful payment and after waiting 5 Minutes i reload the confirmation page and jump automatically to CC Member Page
i can se my deposit is online now.

IT´s important the Card Adress is registred in Country you have your mobile number! And you see there is an different with VISA or MASTER.
But the support from LIQPAY is veryy helpful and speak english, too!

In the end the Ukash system makes things a little bit more expensive but is by comparison simple. Be sure to check if there is a ukash location to buy vouchers beside you using their store locator ... turned out there was one right beside me. On my third month using the system now and it seems more straight forward each time.

Hello All,
            I have been looking around here for some weeks - I have just successfully paid using liqpay and Interkassa.  I just did a test of $5 and it worked fine.  The procedure:
Firstly I went on Liqpay registered a card (Mastercard) and then loaded some funds onto Liqpay.  (you have to use your mobile phone number for this) As has been written elsewhere I got confirmation windows at the end from my bank which was pretty straight forward.  My bank is in France.

Next as Suma has explained in his Tutorial go onto the "Deposit Money"  on this site and click on the "Interkassa" section.  I did not need to follow Suma's instructions as it was really quite simple. It worked - I now have a balance showing on my account.  I will be testing in the next days and then hopefully getting a BSB package up and running!

I paid using interKassa and all payment was successful. money taken from my account but my account never got updated on cardsharingserver. I got an sms of a successful transaction i have contacted support@interkassa.com but didnt get any respond. I have opened three tickets now but still haven't heard from them.

I finally made the payment through Intercassa with liqpay but it took 4 days to finally make the payment. I did link the credit card before doing anything. At after that followed the instructions exactly the same way the y are indicated. Dont know why it took so long. At first i thought that it was cuz of the weekend and it wasnt untill the third day when i contacted anyone . The money was charged on the 4th day frm my bank and after 2 or 3 hours of that it finally arrived in my account here. Not using again intercassa.

As you can see - small amounts are transferred without problems, as they are not suspicious. As soon as the amount exceeds, say, USD 100.0- they start checking if the transaction is fraud or not. I think so, this is just my opinion. However, small advice - don't transfer large amounts, otherwise you will be checked. I understand that the most users are interested in discounts, therefore they prefer to pay yearly of half-yearly or quarterly rather than monthly.

On the other hand, why are people afraid of such checking? If your card is legal and you are you, the card was not stollen, why some users are afraid to pass through the verification process? As you see, it takes MINUTES. Also, to use our service is also not so legal. Why then others are afraid to pay and be verified?

Please don't tell me about privacy etc etc. What kind of privacy can one talk about? We are not government, not police or other legal service requiring authentication. When you go to the bank, sure that the bank officers will require your ID. Why then you are afraid to scan and send them required information? Are you afraid of hacking? On such level? Or you are afraid of transfer of this information to higher authorities?

My final decision is - if you don't trust US, don't trust the payment systems we use, DON'T USE OUR SERVICE! That's all I want to say to those users who is still afraid of something and do not trust our service.

Danishface, thank you for your detailed description and feedback. I think, the users who still are doubt - will take their decisions.

  I tried in last couple days to top up my account via all the methods available here (for mastercard), with no success. on.pay is declining my cards immmediatly (it seems its not launching the 3D secure verification), liqpay is not sending the verification sms, the process is stuck.
  My solution :

register to Yandex Money (Yandex Dengi) https://money.yandex.ru
add a credit card there (you will be charged for some 5 rubles to do so)
in few minutes, your card gets available
go back here, go to payment page, choose ONPAY.RU method
in green area, choose ONLINE MONEY, and from there YANDEX DENGI (first one, with the orange wallet icon), submit
log in to yandex
choose to pay with your card
confirm with SMS the payment
watch your favourite tv ... :)

hi sutei just want to ask you which card you used was it master card. because i have been trying since yesterday using visa card but cannot link it to Yandex Money its keep saying this

A random sum could not be blocked. Please make sure that the card details you entered are correct.

If everything is accurate, contact the bank that issued your card to find out whether internet acquiring (making online purchases) is permitted for your card.



today i been to bank to check my card manger told me it was all ok so i don't understand why its not linking my card

Finally managed to succesfully paying for the service using LiqPay (Pay by InterKassa).
At first I didn't receive the SMS, but their helpdesk is very helpfull, and also speaks English. After sending some test SMS, they changed something, and then it worked.

just paid through Onpay and then went to visa /mastercard  and then clicked on Liqpay  ,Onpay use the updated Liqpay site compared to the link on the site for Liqpay... plus Liqpay are now accepting UK cards again :)

Used onpay.ru,-> a yandex money account, -> and my local bank account--no credit cards involved whatsoever--

First, I opened a yandex money account(it's free) which was associated to my already existing yandex email account.

I put some money (tested with 10 GBP) by choosing a international bank transfer which in Europe means 0%transfer fee -since the transfer is made to a local bank in the same country where your normal bank account is located.

The local bank account here is handled by Earthport plc which later (three days) transfered the money to the Russian bank (yandex) again free of charge to me.

So at the end for the 10 GBP deposited online from my bank  to a Lloyds bank, I ended up with 578 rubles in yandex money
==not bad exchange rate==

Then I went on to payment system, chose onpay.ru, calculated that approx 14.89USD were equivalent to 577.83 rubles (the closest to my 578) and chose option "online money" in onpay.ru which has "yandex money" as one of the choices, confirmed payment, received in yandex money a notification of payment, confirmed and that's it, 14.89USD credited to my balance.

just finished this method of payment and can confirm that it worked for me .i only sent a £10 test amount.and it actually took about a week for the money to get into my yandex account, as soon as it was in i transfered instantly to cardsharing

none of the payment methods work for me anymore I spent all day registering everywhere, its the same story payments being rejected, and that yandex one only accepts cards from cis countries so I don't understand how people from the uk managed to use it?

Finally after days of trying to pay payment went through I used( pay u. Ru )
I went down to bank transfer took me straight to my UK bank Lloyds and worked first time
(I tried all other ways to pay visa non worked)
transfered took a few mins to show up in my account  :)

After  days   of trying, i managed to compleet a payment.
i went to Yandex Money, registerd a mastercard.
went back to cardsharing. made a payment  by onpay.ru
chose online money
Then option yandex  money.
follow the form to fill in the necessary fields
and wait  till complet.  (30 sec.)
money directly credited to the account
I did two payments, one with 5$  5 min. later with 35 $ both succeed.
PS with explorer it didn`t work.
But Lucky or not, with chrome payment was accepted immediately

UK, Bank of Scotland MasterCard eventually worked.
Success after several attempts with several different cards and methods. Here is what I did:

1. Register your card with LiqPay. This might include call or text from your bank - just confirm that this transaction is made by yourself (fraud prevention).
2. Go to interkassa (last on the list), enter amount (if your payment is unsuccessful  try paying by instalments, lower amounts).
3. Next screen choose MasterCard - NOT LiqPay.
4. Next screen enter your e-mail and click PAY
5. Now choose LiqPay on the right, your card should be there, enter your 3 digit number, click PAY.

Worked for me, however not at all times. Paying lower amounts seemed to help, so I paid my final amount by 2 instalments.

1. Go to money.yandex.ru and register.
(On Computer it's easier)

2. Get Yandex Money for your Android etc.
(I can only confirm experience on my Sony Xperia Z1)

3. On your Smartphone Link a Bank Card to your Account.
(When I did this on Computer, I could not succeed)

4. Log on to cardsharing.cc on the browser of your Smartphone.

5. Deposit your amount with ONPAY.

6. Pick Online money, first option Yandex.money in Rubles.

7. Click Continue

It will start the rest of the procedure with all routines you are familiar with and
most of all, it will succeed, about 20 % I suffered to my currency.

Still many people suffered far more in this time of conflict we live in, so this is
nothing to get depressed from, there is no equal server, so thank you Suma and
all the other people behind ccs.

On my Sony Xperia Z1, found in Play Butik (shop), it installed in English & i see no option to change that!

Did you register "from a computer" at www.money.yandex.ru first ? there is a RU/EN flag on the lower part of the screen, to set language!

It's nice to have 5" Phone or even better a Tablet, but i'll rather fumble on my phone and pay, than not pay at all!

PS! On Computer I also added Money from bank, using their search system, meaning.:

3. Adding Money From Any Bank Account- Select your Country
                                                                     Account's currency
    Limit is 15000 rub, since you are not Russian (about 240 USD)

OK, so after a week of trying to pay following a successful test I tried to pay on the first pay box which is the Visa/MasterCard option and like marcoxx  I GET ERROR .

So I try every payment system only to fail every time, so I read the forum only to find that my mistake was I was trying to pay with my English visa card and part of the verification system is the following:

A/ you must have the correct Address for the card.

B/ A mobile phone registered in the same country.

C/ The computer you are trying to pay with must have the same I.P. Country address.

Which was my mistake; I live in England but was in my house in Spain, so my I.P. address was the problem, which I have now overcome, and guess what?  My payment went through instantly; paid €20 got €28 OK now till September 2016.

After messing around for 2 full days trying to pay by UK bank card via interkassa/Liqpay with all attempts failed, I finally managed to pay quite easy with bitcoin via https://www.coinbase.com/join/58587e13dea9fd029e8ca7a9 (https://www.coinbase.com/join/58587e13dea9fd029e8ca7a9) all done inside 1 hour. Sign up free with coinbase id verify is very easy, i just signed up using my fone and then their site uses your fones camera to take a live pic of your driving licence or passport and verifies it in real time. Then add a bank card this is also verified by sms to your fone instantly then you can buy bitcoins using your debit card. On your card sharing billing page, select bitcoin payment and then you will need to copy and paste the bitcoin amount into the coinbase "Buy" bitcoins page. Once you have the bitcoins in coinbase you just send them to the bitcoin address on the cardshare billing page (copy and paste) then in the extra info box on the coinbase page enter your invoice number from the cardsharing bitcoin page. Within 5 mins my transaction was confirmed and my account credited. Wish i had done this from the start! I will always use this now as it was quite cheap too.

I have bitcoins on Coinfloor and can easy pay for subscription but when I sending them from Coinfloor I don't have any place like comments where I can put my invoice number so how the hell Cardsharing gonna know that these bitcoins are from me? Thanks for help in advance.

Open the billing, "Add funds", select bitcoins payment method, read further instructions. Don't you know that all payments are made via the billing?! Never try to send payments directly to the merchant, only via billing!

There is no other option on Pay by Bitcoin on 'billing'. It's just your bitcoin address and correct amount to copy to clipboard. The guy which I quoted did it directly from Coinbase. I want to do the same from Coinfloor. What's wrong?

To everyone who has a problem with payment from UK via Interkassa/Liqpay. I used to pay via them for 3 years in a row but this year I was unable to do it - tried different accounts, credit/debit cards, different amount of money, different currency etc etc. No success at all - few of my friends have the same problem this year.

Today I finally did a payment via Interkassa - chosing Bitcoin option. What I had to do?

1) register on some platform for buying bitcoins. I using Coinfloor.

2) check how much bitcoin you actually need - go to Add funds, instert how much dollars you need, press Interkassa and choose Bitcoin symbol (big B), then you gonna be redirect to another page (AdvCash) showing how much bitcoin you need and address where you should send it (you have time limit for transaction so close the page because you have been looking only for amount of bitcoin at this stage

3) buy bitcoin for example on Coinfloor or actually buy a bit more because you gonna need it to cover transaction fees

4) now when you have bitcoin already you need to transfer it but... Coinfloor saying that you cannot send them directly to third party, you should send them to your personal wallet from where you can finally send them to third party

5) so I downloaded designated program which creating personal wallet directly on my PC - Bitcoin Core

6) Bitcoin Core when first time installed need some time to synchronizing blocks on your PC - depends how fast your PC is could take even few days. Took me 2 days.

7) Again go to Add funds - Interkassa - and choosing Bitcoin - you can see cardsharing bitcoin address where you should transfer it and correct amount of bitcoin. Do not close a page this time (also you have a time limit to finish transaction)

8 ) Send correct amount of bitcoin from your personal Bitcoin Core to specify address and after about 30mins (up to 2hrs) funds should be added to your cardsharing account. Also you should straight away see confirmation that your payment was successfull. Job done.

For administrators/moderators - guys you seriously need to think to introduce some other payments options for western european countries. Answer that for some people it's working fine it's not an answer because for some people DON'T. This took me few days where should take 5 mins. Sily.
