Could it be, that the Moderator hates me or something like that? I am not able to send an eMail to him, theres always a blocking message to my outlook.
Secondary i wish only to ask, if there is an idea when Platforma N will be back on server. Is the Card damaged?
I wished to contact the Mod maybe i can help in this reason? But this is private at all, not for Forum discussion.
At last let me one more time say, Guys i love your smart system and iam a very pleased cust of your service.

I Type that eMail adress with @ in, sure. I tried at all to send from various adresses with varios Computers and locations with various IP Adresses. Nothing pass to Mod. I also tried to send via Http, i dont know what happend.
Can you ask him for me, suma, if he could contact me? my account name is the same like in forum and email is registered. I only wanna help, really not more

I asked him to check spam mail, maybe all your messages are there. Wait a bit, pls. Meanwhile, if you want to freeze your "N" subscription, you can do it via billing (if you have a separate subscription). For refund, you need to wait for the Moderator reply. I sent him your request and also wait for his reply.

Freeze or Refund i think when its temporarely this would not be neccessary. When Platforma goes from Server for ever than it would be fair for all subscribers. But i see a way i can help him in this question with no risk and full anonymous for him. Maybe he has another probs what i think i dont know, about this i wanted to talk with him. But in open Forum it would not be good when you understand ;)

a few Days ago, i asked you to Contact the Mod for Email correspondation. Now, i was able to send the Mod an Email, i think it will work again. I wish to Thank you at this Point for your Help. But now i have a question:
Is ist possible to Update the Information in "Breaking News" how this Refund will work? For example in my Case, I send the Mod a Writing Form with the Refund inquiry. It worked very fine and there was Refunded 18$ to my Account for my VIP ALL Package except for the not working N Package. But now what should we subscribers do with that refund. Should we:
A. Prolong our Package for 1 Month what we have as in hope the N Package will work in that 1 Month again? or
B. Switch after the VIP ALL subscription end to another N Free Package? As it will be clear when N return to Server? or
C. Do nothing at all, leave the Money on the Account and wait for this Point it will be clear this "N" Situation?
What would you do in this Case?
May you can give an recommendation to all all subscribers with that cases.

I will repeat that a single package (in our case - Platforma N) included in any VIP package cannot be refunded. You can be refunded only if you have an individual subscription for Platforma N, but not for the whole VIP package.
Money will be deposited back to your account. I think, you shall do nothing and wait until the package works again. If the package does not work again, you may spend these money for anything else after your VIP subscription comes to an end.

I see i got a refund 11$ for my freezed individual N subscription. Fine. So you prefer Var. B, sounds good....will do so. :)
Did you talked with the Mod about that if he need help with Cards? I wrote him, but he didnt answer in this case, only that there was a refund to my balance.
позор! ;) Maybe he has another prob with N or he have already the situation to be fixed. I would have a very easy and cheap way for him. But OK, I think if he need help he will contact me for that as he know.

I read in another Thread here from 23. September that Platforma N is back to server. Did i understood that right? Why i cant subscribe it again in Billing?
When i understood that wrong any news from situation?

2. At the moment, Patforma N is available in Vip Poland and Vip All packages. We are expecting new cards, and are planning to sell Platforma N individually.
