I paid today 10$ using InterKassa, but money not transfered to my cardsharing account.

Please help!

Hi Suma,

I manage to deposit 10$ amount in LiqPay following all the steps but this amount has not been transfered to my cardsharingserver account. This should be done automatically but for some reason did not. Can you please help me.

I made the transaction two days ago and the amount not transfered yet to my cardsharingserver account. The balance in LiqPay is 10$. Can I give you my account to details transfer the money as I am not able to do it.

I had a chat with LiqPay and they told me that the problem is with my provider (cardsharingserver).

The news re: your payment are as follows:
You have paid by LiqPay and you were told that this is our problem. But we don't accept LiqPay (refer to the billing). The payment system has been deleted a long time ago. We accept Iterkassa. Therefore, LiqPay will not discuss the issue with us, because we are nothing for LiqPay. You need to contact Interkassa, because depositing is implemented via Interkassa. It was Interkassa who did not transfer your payment to your balance. The question is - why? Either, probably, LiqPay has transferred no data to Interkassa, or Interkassa has transferred no data to us. Anyway, without Interkassa transaction number (IKxxx ) and other information on the payment, we cannot assist you in your issue.

Hi Suma,

I spend a lot Of time discussing with both services interkassa and liqpay without any results. The interKassa never received my payment but the balance in liqpay is still 10$. Kindly, investigate further my issue otherwise I will never renew my account with cardsharingserver.

I repeat again- we are not dealing with LiqPay. Discuss all your issues only with Interkassa, if you initially paid via Interkassa
