Server is always working. it's your receiver which is not set up properly does not want to work normal.

Address all your questions to Skybox F3 support forum. Maybe you need to update your firmware to be compatible with sharing, maybe you need to change your emulator (it is not clear which EMU is used for sharing)... Why shall I ask you more and more questions each time? Can't you complete your signature at once and specify all information required in order to avoid all these additional questions? I don't know is it normal or not - red light on your router, because this is YOUR router, not mine. You need to know better what is normal and what is not. If you keep getting warning messages from the server, it means that your equipment (or internet, or settings, or whatever) is not normal, because there is no problem on the server. After getting several warning messages and being banned for short-term (10-30 minutes, 1-2 hours), you will be constabtly banned and forget about us.
Before subscribing, everybody is recommended to take a 3-day test. Have you done that? I think - no, because you never read the forum and never know what is allowed, what is recommended and what is NOT.
So, address all your questions to your device support forum, and after you get responses - you are welcome here to continue with sharing.
Uffffffffff - that's all i wanted to tell you.
