What shall be the minimum ping time for freeze free pictures for following providers?

1. SlY UK?

2. Viasat baltic

3. sex channels on 13 e?

the smaller the better
we have 3 servers, choose which is more stable

for Sly UK is ping time greater than 600ms good? or bad?

for Viasat ping time greater than 650 ms good or bad?

You are confusing 2 different things- ping to the server and response time from the server.
For Sky UK, optimum response time from the server is 200-500ms.
