I tried to use the OnPay payment system, but I get this error:
QuoteВаш платеж отклонен, так как карта не прошла 3DS-аутентификацию
which according to google translate means:
QuoteYour payment is declined, as the card has not passed 3DS-authentication.
What is this 3DS authentication, and how I can resolve this issue? Is this error related to that my credit card is not from a Russian bank.

You need to activate 3D secure option of your credit card. Ask your bank how to do that
