Title: Plusnet ISP - General question to Sky UK users

Hi all,

Is anyone one in the UK watching SKY UK using the Plusnet ISP? If so, is it stable and working with no issues?

I am currently connected to a cable supplier which is working fine but considering moving to Plusnet (Infinity on the back of BT) as it is consideably cheaper (and faster!).

Are there any Plusnet users out there that could confirm if this server works ok with it?

for me, I used, TalkTalk and BT. No issues.
I dont think it matters what ISP you use.

I would use ADSL2+ or FTTC Fibre Optic Broadband.

Standard ADSL is not recommended if you do alot of uploading or torrents.
uploading using Standard ADSL can cause freeze or glitches while viewing.

Excellent, thanks. Plusnet fibre runs on BT infinity (fttc) but as it happens it looks like I can get a better deal direct with BT at this time so your confirmation is appreciated.
