hello to everyone.i have to different package for 2 different receivers.the first one dm 500+ has the VIP HotBird -expires today-and the other one dm800 got VIP LITE ! can i add to dm800 Sky Italia?and if so how?

Hi,
You can add SkyItalia subscription to any of your receivers whenever you like. The procedure of purchasing the package is the same as for any other package - via the billing system. As soon as you have some subscriptions, your new subscription (SkyItalia) will be active since the mext morning after 6:00 AM (Moscow time).

does the hd channels included in sky italia package,cause i see the sd and without freezing but nothing with the hd!

i had a dm500+ which had my configuration for vip hotbird.igave it to my friend-he is a new user in the forum-and he purchased vip lite.we changed newcamd list with his information and now that i came back home i see that iam banned.can you tell me what i did wrong so ican fix it?thank you

Probably, you used 1 IP for both accounts
