Hello.I found you here and i hope all be ok.I think that i am make something wrong.I buy this package before 15 minutes,and put the setting immediatelly in my DM 500.I didnt thought that this must be at 6:00 AM Moscow time.Certainly when i realise the mistake ,quick i get off the settings in 3 minutes...
Now?Whats going on?

What do you mean by "get off settings in 3 minutes"?
If you had any subscription(s) before and you purchased a new subscription, you have to wait until 6:00 AM next morning. If this is your first subscription and you were just registered in the billing, your subecription has to start at the nearest full hour (suppose, you purchased at 12.45. Subscription shall be activated at 1:00, i.e. in 15 minutes).
I read that :<<New subscription will be always activated at 6:00 AM (Moscow time) at the day when your subscription begins>>
I make the order 30 minutes before now.( 10:45 AM Bulgaria time)so when i must put the settings?
Its the first time i make the order...
When i said i get off the settings in 3 minutes i mean,that i put the settings immediatelly in the DM,but when i read that this was not correct i erased them.

So, if you just registered abd purchased your subscription for the first time, it must be active within the nearest hour.
So then why when I put the settings in my dm,all was black?
