I did mailed you on moderator account to renew my sky UK subscription under my reseller account(unfortunately I created my second user account under reseller account).
Now since you stopped renewal from the account & my subscription is already ended on 27th I can't watch sky...though I did sent you mail before it expired. Its been 2 days now. Can you please look in to it.

Have you read News and Announcements? The post has been updated and now any user who has (or had) SkyUK subscription currently or before, may renew it via the billing system. In all other cases (reseller, or whatever), please contact Moderator (moderator at cardsharing dot cc)

I have mailed several times to moderator cardsharing cc but only once I got response from it where my main account is renewed.
user account which is created under reseller account is not yet renewed.
I have even tried renewing from billing section for reseller-user but it won't let me select the package for renewal. the reseller user had sky uk subscription which just expired on 27 Feb and now I am unable to renew it.
Try this way:
Detatch user from your reseller account. Enter his billing using HIS login-password. Renew his subscription. Attach him again.
