I have a powersky 1900 CI but I can't see my sat-receiver on your list ! Could you please explain the reason why?

Hi,

Only those receivers with ethernet option are listed in the forum.
But you can use your PowerSky for card sharing as well.
Download _dvbxtreme_66..._AB3 (4, or 5) firmware with sharing option for your model of receiver.
You can easily find it at any of Polish uploads (http://laki.dvhk.pl/fredka.php).
Convert it using AUCHedit software.
For example, PowerSky 8210 CISK and f.e.r.g.u.s.o.n 8018 are clones, they are similar and differ only by names.
Connect your receiver and PC using null-modem cable (RS-232).
Download SBCL plugin for sharing.
Enter correct settings for SBCL, connect to the internet and watch your favourite channels!
You can read about SBCL settings from various sat-forums in English.
If you do not have SBCL, I can sent it to you by e-mail.

hi Suma, i have an openbox x 800 and software openbox share 1.0.4.5.. i have already bought a test on TPS which was supposed to start at 0600 today. i have already put the casys and provider in the receiver which are 0500 and 022600, but all the time while connecting this is coming- there is no server available for this provider(indent). Can you please tell me what is the problem? PS i am connecting to the net using a proxy connection.

Hi, try to use mpcs plugin instead of openboxshare. It is better working with PowerSky, Openbox etc.
