i reactivated a package yesterday
today i tried to connect, and it wont
the port says (look below)
i dont have a port in the server info
i have other frozen packages and i have two ports there. i have tried both and still nothing
any info will be appreciated please

What do you mean by reactivated? You extended it or it was a break between your previous and current subscription?

If you have active subscription, all ports are provided in the "My subscription" section of the billing

If your packages are frozen, why are you trying those ports? They are not active. To use them, you need activate your other packages.

I don't see logics in your questions.

i have 3 subscriptions
all frozen (i took a break)
i reactivated one last night
VIP all
it says i am disconnected
i have now got a message saying my ip is temp banned
I have done nothing wrong!!!!
on the package i have reactivated doesnt have a port just says (see below)
underneath that on another package it says port 20042, but thats on a frozen package in pink

i cant understand why my ip is banned

You have 3 subscriptions: Sky UK, Vip All and Viasat baltic. 99% that port XXX02 from viasat has not been deleted from your settings. Check it, delete, restart emulator and wait for at least 2 hours when server unblocks, then you may connect to the server again.
