27 декабря 2011 на платформе покупке 1 месяц aldım.bugün HD пакет, который должен быть открыт и читать карту каналов даже если соединение не является открытым olabilir.yardımcı olurmusunuz в чем проблема. :'(

Are you using ignore and priority lists from our server? Or you just added the information provided to you in the billing and that's all? Have you checked signal from satellite? Have you checked internet connection of your receiver with our server? Can you make log-file from your receiver and show it?

There is no problem with Platforma HD on our server. Use ignore and priority lists and check your settings again and again. Your receiver is of unknown model, maybe you will address support service of your receiver. Before buying any package, it is recommended to take a test. Now, you are crying that there is a problem. To avoid problems, take test and set up all your equipment. 3 days are given for this purpose.
One more advice- change server No. through the billing. There are 3 servers available, select the other one of the 3 servers.
