I am a reseller and some of the subscribers want to freeze there subscription. how do i freeze the sub from my reseller accout as i can not see the freeze option :(

yes i can but i cant see if there is any option there to freeze the subscription, can u explain how i do it
You need to unbound the client from your reseller cabinet, enter the billing using HIS login-password, freeze HIS subscription, and bound him again.
when u say bound to u mean detach user
or is it disable user u need to make ur explantion more clear as there is no unbound option in reseller account

yes, you are quite right, detach
when you detach user, freeze his subscription. repeat the procedure again in the reverse order if you want to unfreeze his subscription
