yesterday I suscribed for the vip astra packet. I have noticed that some channels in Digital + 19 E Spain have a black screen (ie. Canal + Liga). Is there a solution for this?

Hi,
The package is bonus and is not 100% guaranteed. This is why it is not offerred as separate subscription, i.e. we can not guarantee its full service.
