Hi

I'm trying to deposit money to my account via SpryPay and Liqpay.
I have verified my card and I have used it once before to deposit money but now it seems like I can't use my credit card with Liqpay and only cash deposit is available.

I spoke to Liqpay's customer support and they told me that you have it configured so you only accept cash deposits.

Can you please check the settings or tell me how to use Liqpay and my credit card.

Hi, if you have used it to deposit before, we could not suddenly disable this option. All payment options are staying without any change, as before.

Well, It worked once and now it doesn't.

According to Liqpay this is something that you configure.

Can you have someone look at this at least?

I found out what I was doing wrong... it's working now thanks...

I was choosing the green icon called "LiqPay USD" but not the other one called "Visa/Master_Card (LiqPay) USD" ???
