Unzip to PLUGINS folder, replacing only dll file.
.ini file shall be in the same folder.

I have a skystar2 with progdvb 6.32.06 and N*va doesn't work with csc 4.0.0.3, but it works with 4.0.0.2 or 4.0.0.1 ;D

No problem. Use the CSC version which works well to open NOVA. By the way, long ECM does not refer to NOVA, it shall be used with NTV+, for instance.
