Having a lot of problems with server3 last 2 days it seems to be offline a lot?

What do you mean by problems with server 3? For example?

ping = time out means that you need to check your route (tracert). Probably, some intermediate stops are problematic;
cccam = is not recommended for use with our server. Only mgcamd 1.35.
