Hello, i have two SAT Receiver, one in Germany one in Spain, and i can use only one at the same time when i am into this country. Is it possible to use 1 CS Account on both receiver (emulator+modell is the same on both) when i turn OFF or Standyby the one i not need? I see there r rules problem: "
Connections from different countries detected. Be noted that it is a major violation of the rules resulting in account ban. Probably, your receiver has been hacked and your login is used by abuser. In this case, you need to urgently contact Administration. Violation of rule No.9"

Hi,
You may use as many receivers with the same login-password as you can and in different countries
BUT
not at the same time. It means that your receiver in Germany is connected, and the other one in Spain is disconnected (unplugged), not in standby mode. Just unplug it completely from electric line. It must be without any connection to electricity, internet, etc.
Connection from different countries detected if your second receiver is in standby mode. Even if in standby, emulator goes on sending your login and password to the server. Server thinks that 2 receivers are sending your login-password at a time and warns you about rules violation.
When you leave from Germany, unplug receiver completely. When you arrive at Spain, plug your second receiver and use CS and vice versa.

Ok thx for answer! I decide to activate one more account and suspend the account i not need for the time i not i this country where the receiver is. When i suspend i must turn OFF the receiver, too? Can u check that my friend user "aljl310" get not blocked? He has change the emulator today and connect the second box and the other one was in different country in standby.... but only for short time.... i install him a new line now on second receiver! thx

It does not matter if you turn OFF receiver or leave it in stand-by mode, as your account will be suspended (not active). To turn OFF receiver is required if your account is active. Of course, better to turn OFF receiver.

No connection for aljl310 detected. It means that either user does not watch TV and is not connected to the server, OR his emulator is not active OR there is no internet connection OR whatever...

HelloI have paid 2 subscriptions vip all , and they both working on same ip. . .Many times I get messages from Connections history section as. . .Important! Serious rules violations detected! RULE NO9And although I have paid and been customer of yours for the last 4 years the service stoops and receivers hold for seconds on channels. .

There is no user demysf522 in the billing.
Question: do you have different loging-passwords for each of your VIP subscrition?
