interkassa pay u problem

while paying money via interkassa pay u ,
i can put in all the details but not the credit card number , for some reason it takes the expiry month and year ,but wont take the credit card
i tried using interkassa liq pay ,which in the said that its successfull ,but the money is not showing in the account here ,
has any one else has the same problem and what have the used instead

Tried both same problem can't enter credit card number the box doesn't take any text, it takes the card expiry dateaand month the security number.
I have paid with success by using liqpay interksssa, they send a code by text to my mobile to validate it, and in the last step it was successful but the money is not there, last time when I paid it came straight, what other methods you recommend for payments should I try,
I will ask the bank today as well

Are you trying to pay via the billing being further redirected to interkassa.com or you pay directly via Interkassa?

I'm paying via the billing and redirected to interksssa,
My bank has authorised the payment but the other bank hasn't taken the payment yet, that's what my bank told me today, it's strange to me they have also given me the authorisation number and the ref where the money is going. The bank
Said if the other bank doesn't take the money in a week the money will go back to mu account.
Don't want to pay double so will wait for another day

Still no sign of money in the account, how much more should I wait, should I give you the ref no of the money so that you can ask your bank

Can you check with your bank , what has happened to the money it's been cleared by my bank , my account doesn't show any money , my bank are going to raise a dispute and it will take 2 weeks to recall the money back , my services expire in a week ,
Don't won't to double , so I'm stuck , can any mod help me so the services keep running for 2 weeks
AMD then when my bank clears the dispute with your bank , and after getting the money back I will pay via pay u ,

Which bank do you mean? We do not use bank account, and bank service at all. We use service of payment systems such as PayU, UKash, Interkassa, OnPay. You have to contact support service of the system you used for payment (usually, e-mail address starts from support@ name of the system). If you read the links I provided you, the user had the same story - he was waiting for his bank being verified by the payment system he used. Finally, his money has been deposited successfully.

OK, what can we do in this case? Let your bank raise a dispute, maybe the payment system you used will be faster?!

We cannot interfere with the bank work. Let them clear up the things.
