can't make paymant via paxum or LiqPay

tried all method using google chrome.
I registered to paxum but I am getting a blank page
after I login and I can't make payment.
also I got this error from liqpay:
"Authorization failed. Please contact your bank. Check possible causes: the wrong entry of card details, not enough funds in the account, payments in the Internet are not allowed for your card. "

but I got an email from onpay saying that "You have successfully created new payment order".
can you help me with that?

if I use that option I will be charged in Ukrainain Grivna currency.
why can't I select the USD currency?

It will be converted automatically. If select your native currency, your procedure of payment will stopped and you will have the same situation as you had before with LiqPay, OnPay, and whatever.....Pay
Did you read the quotation at the bottom of the page? Did you read that the user paid also in Ukrainian Grivna and his payment was processed within minutes? If you make your own, don't ask here- what happened. Follow procedures described in the manual.
