Paid for skyuk and line does not work

Hi all I Paid for sky uk and the line does not work when adding to CCcam.cfg
Anyone shed some light as to why it will not work

The line will not work for Cccam.cfg because Cccam is not recommended for use http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=29098.0
Because you did not read the forum, but just bought the package and started setting up your receiver, the package is not working for you. You did not read that we recommend MgCamd 1.35a (for newcamd) or camd3 (for camd3). You also did not read the FAQ where we ask our users to complete their signatures (equipment used, etc).

Please follow the minimum requirements of our server and you will not have problems.
