I don't see that tvcol0313 is connected to the server.

Check the following:
1.   Be sure that emulator is up and running.
2.   Check if your receiver is connected to internet.
3.   Be sure that LAN cable is connected to receiver and router.
4.   Reboot router.
5.   Be sure that in network connection sub-menu, correct nameserver (DNS) specified along with IP address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, IP address is the same as gateway IP. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6.   Compare sharing settings of the receiver with those provided in My subscription sub-menu. Be sure that emulator settings were not deleted.
7.   Be sure that register of letters is correct in LoGin and PasswOrD.
8.   Be sure that there is no extra spaces or symbols in sharing data received in the billing.
9.   Check if your IP address is banned by the server or not. For this purpose, run command line and type order "ping servername", instead of "servername" enter domain name of the server. If you get a response measured in milliseconds, it means that your IP address has not been banned by the server.

 log in tvcol0313/ password ****** has been active since 12/3/13 and went off the other night at approx 10.30 pm madrid time, I have done all the things you have said before I posted you. the ping is coming back at <1 ms but is still scrambled. just wondered if you would check things your end, as for there being no *****7? if you look in my resellers subscriptions you will see it and its active. Everything else is working on this receiver but I will go and check it again

Don't be surprised if somebody has stollen login-password of your user. NEVER post anybody's passwords OPENLY!!!

Have you checked it again? Is there problem with the whole package or particular channels?
To analyze the problem (if any), we need a log-file of running emulator.

Subscription not see any active cards, i dont trying any diffrent ( cccam to newcamd) setting due risk get ban for 24 hours....

Hi, as far as I understood, you bought full subscription even without free test. Right?
Now, you have to find technical support of your receiver and ask your questions there or wait for the users with the same box.
You post in wrong place. This is not a problem of the package (server), this is a problem of your receiver and proper emulator settings.
OSCam is not preferred emulator, CCCam - too. We recommend using MgCamd emulator with Newcamd protocol or MgCamd emulator with Ccccam protocol.

Ask your client to restart emulator, his IP has been unbanned (was in black list), all must be OK now.
