hello Team,
I have a slight problem - we use three receivers with three seperate lines, but none of the lines are working anymore...and I don't know why??? This morning at 7am I got a mail because of violating rules - I don't know why tho. The lines worked again on 9am but right now they are dead again?!
Maybe please someone contact me and clarify the situation? (username burnhard1979/1978/1977)

Now, after you got this message, you have possible reasons of your disability. Check everything again and again, restart emu, restart receiver, disconnect from the line and try to connect again. Who knows - why server is banning you? By the way, all 3 receivers have similar settings, otherwise only 1 or 2 of the 3 were banned. Maybe you connect from one IP, i don't know. Maybe you changed protocol and forgot something. I have no idea. Your receivers- you have to know better.

thanks for this information - I knew that I am not allowed to connect twice with the same line, so that is the reason why I ordered three separate lines for three differenct receivers, in the same house - so that is the same IP - is there any chance to fix that problem???

Please enter the billing and compare your subscription ports. Probably, you changed something in your 3 receiver settings and are trying to connect either wrong port or wrong server! (TIP: compare your subscriptions for server 1 and server 3)!
1 and 2 receivers shall connect server 3
receiver 3 shall connect server 1
You registered your 1st login a couple of years ago and you have server 1 by default. Your receiver 2 and 3 logins are fresh.
Compare billing data and each receiver data again!

sorry for that - I didn't realize that for the same package I have to use another Server. My fault. I changed everything so that it should be ok now. So there is no more ban on my accouts, right? Everything should work now in a proper way!?
