Hello.
Since some days (worked ok before that) i have a problem with a distorted picture every some seconds.
It seems to correspond to a delay receiving the data from the server.
That means: If the time is up to 300ms or something, everything is fine. But as soon as it goes into the 1000 ms or more the picture drops or get distorted.
The connection to the server doesnt seem to be the problem. According to ping plotter the ping never exceeds 20ms.
The connection for HD+19E runs just fine with the same delay spikes.
Are you able to help me with this problem?
The equipment used is a VU+solo2 running oscam 11523.

Most probably that you did not read the recent events re:SkyDe and did not compare your settings with those provided in the billing.

The lines highlighted are very important. Check if these 2 lines are present in your [readers].
If not, add them and restart emulator.

Sadly, i already have these parameters set. In fact i simply copied them from the billing section. (Different order, but shouldnt matter):

As an option: try other image, maybe VTI is not so good with Vu+ receivers.
There can be a million reasons why you have such an issue with SkyDe.

I mentioned my Image in the footer. ;)
Its VTI 14.0.3 (the most recent one).
And everything was working fine till Friday.
The problems started on friday and the only update i did was on oscam from 11518 to 11523 to maybe fix this problem but in vain.
And only the Sky-Connection has this problem. HD+ etc. doesnt have this problem. They work just fine.

and at the moment the problem occurs MUCH less.
The Sweetspot seems to be at 600 ms.

Look throught the forum which are the most common issues (and pay attention to the date of posts).
What I can suggest is to change image or emulator.

I have also the same problem since yesterday as mentioned above.
Settings are made correctly asmentioned on the server.
But as it was written above the small "freezers" comes at arround 1000 ms (sometomes its up to 2000 ms)
Whats the problem?
the last weeks everything worked fine until this weekend, so I also don't think that this is a problem with the image and/or with OSCAM.

None of you specified the channel name. The whole package is freezing or particular channels?
If the problem, as you say, exists from Friday, why you all started crying today (Sunday).
Only skunkworks4711 notified yesterday... What about all others?

Since beginning of the issue I firstly checked my part.
Receiver, Image, Oscam, ISP, and and.....
I don't wanted to post something here, before I am not sure that the issue is on my side.
After I tried out everything, I checked the forum....
So would be nice, when you check your part now.
The whole package is freezing -> all channels from SkyDE !

yesterday I thought its maybe a local problem which is for a short time. While the problem is still the same today, I looked on the billing site and also the forum. Therefore I wrote today the first time.
I also just updated to the newest OSCAM version, but same problem.
Actually I look Sky Sport 1 HD which have a lot of small freezers.

Just for testing purposes i flashed OpenATV 6.3 onto my receiver .... no improvement.
As soon at it hits the 600ms mark or something the picture freezes. So in my opinion at least no Image-Problem.

Hello, I have the same problem! But affects only the Sky channels. Have since Friday image and OSCAM versions tested, because I suspected the problem with me. Now I find here in the forum that I'm not the only one with the problem.
I found a new line in the OSCAM settings in "My Subscription" today.
disablecrccws_only_for = 098C: 000000
Problem is that when I insert this line, all HD + stations also work only with freezer. In addition, these take several seconds.
ideas why this may be?

Остальные пользователи в этой ветке (кстати, на английском языке) уже отписались, что все нормально и ничего больше не виснет. В чем причина у вас конкретно - мне не видно.
И, кстати, пользователь SerGeyyy в биллинге не найден. Кто вы и откуда- непонятно.
У нас принято заполнять подпись с указанием своего логина в биллинге, используемого оборудования, имиджа, эмулятора, подписки и пр. У вас ничего этого нет, лог вы не показали. Какой ответ вы ждете от администрации и что нам следует проверить - неясно. Одно могу сказать - пакет работает без проблем
