do u have aljazeera HD2 available on ur server , i can watch aljazeera HD1 but not HD2

Which satellite do you mean?
We have only ART and JSC Sports (without HD channels).

Aljazeera sport package includes HD channels without extra payment

but why u dont upgrade urs package to include jsc sport +9 , +10 channels

According to http://www.lyngsat.com/hotbird.html, there is no HD channels in JSC Sports (tr.11296 H 27500 3/4). Maybe I am mistaken. We never shared HD channels in the package.
+9 and +10 are working OK

Hi ,

the HD1 channel working fine , but i am not able to watch the HD2 channel ? does it need special configurations ? i have openbox s9 HD

We have Al-Jazeera +1 - +10 from HOTBIRD (13E). Have you read from which satellite HD channels are broadcasted?????

We don't share these satellites, only from HotBird 13E.

its the same for both sats nilesat and hotbird

i am watching them on nilesat despite u didnt mention that its working on nilesat also

We do not offer JCS Sports HD in the billing, sorry. We offer only JSC Sports 1 - 8, not HD. The card available can open only these channels.

Please consult this page to see which channels we are sharing on Hotbird (13E) only.
HD1, HD2 are not included, they are not available on Hitbird at all.
