This 2 channels doesn't work on both 0b01 or 0068 cards, cccam.

noone, but it's strange that they don't work and other channels do.
are they in separate package that you don't have or something?

They were transmitted free within 1 month, now they require additional subscription (payment). We are not ready to purchase these channels. This issue has been already discussed earlier.
