hello,
as the subject implies, someone from the ukraine with the ip: 188.163.103.205 is trying to connect to the servers with my username (playsoft). i already changed the password and his efforts are unsuccessful (Unsuccessful attempts to connect: 156).
i just wanted to inform you that i have nothing to do with these attempts to log in from that ukrainian ip and that it should be blocked.

I changed the password but there is still somebody trying to connect: 213 Unsuccessful attempts to connect
But the ip is not displayed (field is empty)

All subscriptions of user "playsoft" have finished. You have to disconnect from the server or buy a new subscription. How do you know that somebody is trying to connect? Maybe, it's you?

i know it because i can see it in connection history. and it can't be me because i have suspended my subscription and deleted the cccam cfg and replaced it with another one ( completely different server, none of yours). i think somebody got access to my receiver and has stolen my lines about a week ago. i took precautions then and changed my network security and also changed the password. the person trying to connect clearly tries to connect with the old password as all his attempts to connect are unsuccessful.
as long as my subscription is frozen you should ban any ip which is trying to connect to the servers specified in my cline with my username and password. as i told you its definately not me. wouldnt be very useful for me to try to connect with invalid login xD

We have offered you to put (change) password to your receiver. Did you do that? RECEIVER, along with server password.

yes, of course i did change the password. now my account is blocked although i did exactly as you told me. i can't change the fact that someone has my username which is registered to the server. and when he tries to connect with my username and wrong (my old) password, nobody can prevent this. his attempts were and are always unsuccessful, because i changed the password as i noticed it. but he seems to have the (old and wrong) login data in his receiver and his softcam keeps trying to connect to the server. but how should i stop this?
why is my account blocked then, when i can't do anything against this?
