Warning! Error During Balance Refilling

Hi,
I live in the U.K.
I'm trying to extend my friends subscription for another year using Onpay which I have used often, it takes me through the payment system to the point where my card system verifys payment
then back to Onpay to finalise payment when it sends me back to cardsharing page with the message "Warning! Error During Balance Refilling"
I have tried this several times on your site & the mirror site and failed every time, I have several subscriptions coming up from my friends and would like to keep usiing your reliable server,

Try FREEKASSA...top option in payment methods...worked for me.....the only one that does...

I tried freekassa and a couple of others, all failed, also noticed there is no secure payment option either,
