Hi I have change my resiver 2day because I always get massage that I breaking roles. Seems Friday I have notice that audio playing later them picture firs I thought its problem with my resiver (ab prismcube ruby) because I have always problem with freezing. So I take it out a connect my old resiver( ab cryptobox 650hd) but audio it's playing later them picture and it's pissing me off. Also I have massage violation roles no9 and 11. Can anyone help me with audio and sort my problem with braking roles? Thanks

Audio delay is not a problem of our server, this is a problem of provider. We can do nothing to resolve this problem. If you find any additional settings of your receiver image (firmware), try to manually change them by accurate adjusting audio (sound) delay.
One more advice - find any support forum of your receiver and read if similar problem occur and how to fix it.
Moreover, this is not a problem of UPC direct package, you had to post your message in Hardware topic of the forum where all models of receivers are discussed.
