problem with keys - not found from time to time

hello
this is my first time in this forum, for this moment all works fine.
Now i have some problems with receive data from server:

Working for e.g 10-20 min and i got no response from serwer..
Could you check, what is going on?
My ip is not block, connection to internet good (100Mb)..

it looks like my problem, increasing channel not decoded and freezing, for last days very often, I have Skylink HD 23E.
i have disconnected router and connect directly and it is same.
can you please check it?

This is no router or internet connection problem, no stb box (i have two boxes and the all has the same problem).
This come to be unused.
Any admin read this thread?
