ORF doesnt work

Hi,

i use mgcamd or oscam for encoding. I booked German VIP package. Until 2 weeks ORF works fine ubder cccam. But then my dm800 broken and I changed to a Edision Pingulux. The pingu cant use cccam. So I tried use mgcamd ir oscam but ORF doesnt work. Why?
