Hey

I am in the sad situation, that my dad recently passed away, and he was the satelite guru of the familiy. Recently my receiver crashed, and I bought a new one.

However, I am having trouble finding where to put the cardsharingserver codes onto the box? Cant find the /etc/ folder? Do I need to put a different image into the box, isnt the standard delivered from the vendor with the box not enough?

Sorry to hear that...
Never use the image standard delivered from the vendor with the box.
Install either VTI or OpenPLI - at your choice.
As for emulator - OsCam is recommended with VU+ receivers https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=35019.0

I have the same box and have installed now the OScam feed, but there is no folder config in etc\tuxbox\ and files aren´t there ether.
How do i proceed in this case?

Change your signature, it is not clear which image is used. have you read the previous messages?
