Manage CCcam.cfg LOGIN?????

Hi

Total newbie here in need of help.

I am in month one of my subscription (exp 17/04) and things have been going ok. I have however now got a problem. I am unable to access anything other than free to air. I checked the manage cccam.cfg area and I dont have a smiley face (yes, I really am this technical) but a status which tells me to LOGON and sometimes flasing to a non smiley
face
I tried switching server (from 2 to 1) and that didnt help - like i actually thought it would!!!
As I say, Im not to hot yet and could really do with some help

First of all, this is a problem of Openbox firmware.
Cccam is prohibited for use with our server http://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=29098.0
