Strange signature: mgcamd, cccam or oscam protocol.
Mgcamd and cccam are protocols, oscam is emulator.
If you use oscam, it is recommended to use it with newcamd protocol.
Delete any cccam settings.

I think all 0963er channels (Sky-UK card) will die. It starts with HD and now one by one SD channel follows

I have a another subscription from a different card sarver in my other room and itv encore +1 works perferctly

obviously this channel has not switched to a higher level of encryption (what ever it is named like icam here, that varies from forum to forum) as it is is working again.
However, it does not help to complain "its not working", a logfile is required, or at least technical data like sid of the not-working-channel.
I don't know if this a "UK-Beam-channel" or on an Astra transponder covering (west-)Europe area (my dish and my location in Europe mainland allows reception of all Astra-2 channels including UK-beam channels) but you should be aware, that this is not the case for everyone.

Jogi, I was not sure that the channel must work or not. That is why I did not give immediate answer even without @catman1 log (though, I have provided the link what is required for admins to speed up user requests).
I was waiting for Moderator response. As @catman1 posted on January 12, 2018 (Friday), Moderator was able to check and tell me actual situation only yesterday. SkyUK has a narrow beam and we cannot check the channel physically, only using SIDs.
The thing is that for some reasons, the channel's SID was blacklisted by Moderator. I have no idea- why, maybe the SID was assigned to the other channel some time ago, maybe for some other reasons. Anyway, Moderator checked the SID and enabled it. As a result, the channel is working now.
