Problems with payment

finally the payment has done via
Yandex Money (Yandex Dengi) https://money.yandex.ru
(add a credit card there (you will be charged for some 5 rubles to do so)
in few minutes, your card gets available
go back here, go to payment page, choose ONPAY.RU method
in green area, choose ONLINE MONEY, and from there YANDEX DENGI (first one, with the orange wallet icon), submit
log in to yandex
choose to pay with your card
confirm with SMS the payment
watch your favourite tv ...(SUTEL) :) :)

silly question for anyone in the uk this showed up on my bank anyone any idea with service it is i tried so many i have lost track lol They were all meant to be decline i guess this one got thru

well they have now charged me and not credited my account when i contacted them they say payment didnt go thru even when i send copy of bank charge what a nitemare !
