I habe a nline in cccam but i found my problem i have a old packed cyfra+ n line put in im my new packet vip germany. Cyfra is yesterday morning expired.So I did not realize I had an old and new n line in cccam in it. was my fault.

Can you unlock my ip / account?

Manufacturers of receiver do not ask you- which emulator will be used. So, all settings in the billing are for various receivers, their modifications, clones, dvb cards etc. If you see cccam settings in the billing, it does not mean that you may use them. You bought subscription, not IP. If you change settings, IP will remain the same.
