Lost access to SKY UK today, I bought a 3 month subscription and was working and today I tried to watch and its showing scrambled.

There is no problem with SkyUK neither today nor any other day. Without signature and log file, all messages ignored.

Apologies, but I am new here so not familiar with log files what is this?  what do I need to include in my signature??

Before buying any subscription, new users have at least to read the forum and be familiar with what, why, where, etc.
Or, you think that i have to pprovide each user with the links you must know?
