Hi Suma. I find myself banned and have emailed the admin to request if he/she can unblock. From the below and cut down version of my email to the mod, can you see any settings that are wrong? I been through them twice and have been using your supplied mg_conf file and cannot find any issues which be causing the problem. I've asked the mod if he can see anything but can you?

cascading - an increased number of queries for decoding (limit - 1 query per 10 seconds, 360 queries per 1 hour, 8640 queries per 24 hours) For cascading, account will be terminated without possibility of restoration and without any compensation. Cascading is being equal to a theft. Please be noted that for 1 account, it is allowed to watch and record only 1 channel at a time. The following are the reasons for blocking account:
connection of 2 and more receivers per 1 account I have one receiver with dual login (VU+ Solo2)
- use of PIP option picture in picture. I don't use PIP but I have dual login.
- delayed decoding I don't know what this is but I am sure I do not use it.
- access is re-shared for more than 1 receiver (resharing). I am definitely not sharing, I only have the one receiver.
- understated timeout to listen to DW from the server (< 7 seconds) in emulator settings. My K parameter is { 07 } in mg_cfg file as you can see from above.

- Support tuner A Loop through to B
(Configuration = Tuner A : loop through to B, Tuner B : Normal Setup )
Do you know what is this?
You can watch and record simultaneously the channels from one transponder.
To do the same for different channels, you need to have 2 cables from 2 different dishes (each cable per each tuner). (I found this from the Russian forum of VU+Solo2 discussion). If so- you were banned correctly.
Find English support forums and study this issue.

I'm not that 100% sure what this is but the answer I guess is partly in your reply. I have one LNB feed in to tuner A and the other (from the same dish) in to tuner B. I'm not knowingly looping through. Maybe it is an OpenViX setting I can change.

I thought this is why I needed dual login?
I thought I understood this enough to use the service :o

This is the thread you have to start with. I think, owners of this model of receiver will advice you what to do. All I could do was just to find Russian forum at Gis-club and start reading. You need to look for the English forums and find as much info as possible. I don't know VU+ receivers, their specifics, how to, we just provide you with general CS-related information. Sorry
