hi, i've a problem with some channels of sky it  ( in particular : sky cinema +1 , discovery and other) i see only sport , calcio and fox . I've paid 2$ to try your service, but i'm not satisfated at the moment. Can you check this channel?

No signature, no description of your equipment, no log-file, nothing. Even if you pay 1,000$, you will never get the answer, because you never read the forum and never know what is required to provide.
