Problems with VIP Astra on Canaal Digitaal, TV Vlaanderen and ORF

Hello first and sorry for question, but i have Problems and find no answer!

I have the VIP ASTRA and what channel i can watch with Canaal Digitaal & TV Vlaanderen. The most i select over the Providers selection in my sat Receiver was black. In TV Vlaanderen are all black.

And the ORF all black , too.

Can you ckeck this please?

ORF is not working in my account since four or five days. I get a timeout all times. Viasat Baltic working fine with real quick response times. Could you please inform me about this issue?

Which equipment (receiver, DVB card) are you using?
Which image, emulator, protocol are used?
And, finally, where is your log-file?
