Some UPC channels are not working

Having problems with AMC HD (part of package). It says it is scrambled, altough all other channels works perfectly. I have vip all and only this channel cannot be accessed through upc, not even through digitv.

Could you support me please?

UPC direct doesn't have AMC HD. Only SD quality. That program belongs to Magio TV/DigiTV SK and it's not decoded with this cs server, different caid/protection. That digitv what are you reffering to (in your vip package) is Digitv HU/RO.
