Hi I have the Zgema h9s ATV 6.2 with CCcam 2.3.9 installed but the connection are keep losing after about 2 hours watch also every time turnoff the box the softqcma won't star , need restart softcam to made work again . Can I need made any setting change ?

Your receiver is using Mgcamd emulator to connect the server. Probably, you have not disabled it. In your connections history I see only Mgcamd connection. Check your emulators and disable unnecessary ones. If you want to use only Cccam, disable and delete all other emulators. Enter the billing and check your connections history. A lot of errors and violations.

Yes other emulatar are delete from box now only use Mgcamd . A the problem stay with autostart . Also I got the error conection with the port (rule 5,9) not sure what is ther problem ?

Have deleted all other emulator only left one mgcamd arrn

I happy with Mgcamd and working very good . Only check the error on website and still show I have used other emulator ??? For 100% only have one emulator left in the box . Also not sure what is error with the port ххх07 ????. Can you please help me wher I can find problem ?

I know what is my setting in my sub but not understand what is problem with port ? I use one emulator only and is connect to port from my setting

Your emulator is sending more requests to port xxx07 than required - 2 times more. That is why server considers it violation and tells to check if more than one emulator is up and running in your receiver.

When you deleted other emulator, have you reboot receiver? Connections history is still showing that you are using 2 emu...and both are Mgcamd

yes check all and reload GUI but still have same problem

Send your log-file (full) to Moderator and explain him your problem by e-mail. I have no other solution.
