Hi,
i have purchased the VIP Germany package with dual login option.
Sometime when i record a movie and watch another channel i have a long freeze about every 5 seconds.
When i cancel the recording and watch only, all runs fine.
For example yesterday evening i record on Sky Cinema HD and watch Pro7. On Pro7 i have freezes and are impossible to watch the movie. From the moment i cancel the record i watch without any freeze.
I try the same this morning and both channels (record one and watch another) run fine.
My internet connection have always a speed of 16Mbps and a Ping around 10ms.
I have a Dreambox 7080 with CCcam 2.3.0
The line in CCcam.cfg is:
DISABLE EMM : yes
C: server_45 XXX04 user pswd
It`s possible that the cardsharingserver is overload in rushhours ?

From you message, I see that you use CCcam 2.3.0
But from your signature, it is stated that you use MGCamd 1.38 and Oscam 1.20
From your statistics - there is no rules violation. Everything is OK.

Whats the reason for the many freezes?

During freezes, you need to check the route and tracert to the server (WinMTR utillity). I think, some hops are lost somewhere on the route to the server (maybe).

One more advice: try other emulator. Probably, your cccam cannot resist double load: one channel watching and the other one recording. Try mgcamd 1.35(a)

i tried to use mgcamd 1.35a but not run. Black screen
I check if in mg_cfg i have G: { 32 } parameter
Also i add my C Line in usr/keys/cccamd.list
Because this i have continued to use cccamd 2.3.0.
I dont`t think the freeze problem is connected by EMU because the problem is present mostly in evening.
In the morning never i had freezes.
While the problem is present i maked ping tests:
Ping to server_45 47ms
Ping to google.com 26ms
Ping to local provider 12ms
I think the connection it`s ok.
With this tests i have excluded a problem on my receiver and the internet connection.
It`s possible that your server/cardreader in the evening hours is overloaded because many users are connected?

G: { 32 } parameter is used if you use Cccam protocol via MgCamd emulator (with the only port).
For all other cases, G: { 01 } is used, if you use MgCamd.
It is not clear which protocol and which emulator is used in your case. You mixed everything.
Result - freezes.

I use only the settings shown in my subscription page
For MGcamd 1.35a:
Settings for emulator MGCAMD for Cccam protocol
The configuration file - /var/keys/cccamd.list
In order to make Cccam protocol to be active within mgcamd emulator, it is required to specify G: { 32 } parameter in mg_cfg file. C-lines should be added to /var/keys/cccamd.list file.
and for CCcam 2.3.0:

The configuration file - /etc/CCcam.cfg
To avoid ban of your account due to frequent reconnections when using CCCam emulator, you need to DISABLE an option of sending EMM requests to the server in (/etc/CCcam.cfg) file. For this purpose, find and uncomment (or add) the following parameter: DISABLE EMM : yes
If the line starts with # symbol at the beginning, please delete it.
Please let me know if this is wrong.
Normally i use only CCcam 2.3.0 but you invite me to try MGcamd.

Ok, now i understand what you mean.
Sorry i`m inexperienced with Linux &Co.
I download the file package from your signature, delete old files on my box and copy your files to the box to usr/keys/
Then i change the permissions of this files to 644.
In newcamd.list i add the cws lines from my subscription.
I check that mg_cfg have G: { 01 }
I have still a black screen.
What i do wrong?

Moreover, you have to disable all other emulator and leave only Mgcamd running.
For black screen, I will need a log-file.

Then, be sure that in the var\keys folder, no softcam keys are available. You may also delete ignore, priority lists, if any. They will not make weather for Dreambox. Lunux-based receivers are quite clever machines.

i have only MGcamd running.
Also i delete the ignore and priority lists
I don`t have the folder var/keys but usr/keys
Now in this folder are the following files:
cccamd.list (i exclude all lines with #)
mg_cfg.list
newcamd.list
peer.cfg
replace.list
I install the 3CSyslog on my old Windows XP Laptop, set Box IP in the program and open port 514 in firewall of windows.
I make a port forwarding rule in my router
Also i modify the L line in mg_cfg.
But i see anything in the Log program after restart the box.
It´s possible to see the log direct in the box?

1. Leave only mg_cfg and newcamd.list, delete all other files.
2. If log-file is not running, it means that MgCamd is not running as well. Log-file must show any information if MgCamd is running.

Are you sure your receiver is connected to the server? Can you see FTA channels?

I delete all files from usr/keys except mg_cfg and newcamd.list
Also i delete etc/cccam.cfg
Then i uninstall all emus and leave only mgcamd 1.35a on my box.
Restart box.
I have black screen with Sky, FTA channels runs fine.
Before i delete all this files, with cccamd 2.3.0 all run fine, except the freezes with dual login.

Question: how did you install MgCamd 1.35 on your Dreambox and how you run it?

I open the Blue Panel (GP3), then i select "Addons", then the folder "Gemini CamConf", then i choose and install the file"gp-conf-mgcamd"
Then i go one step back and enter in folder "Gemini SoftCamd", then i choose and install the file "gp-cam-mgcamd-1.35a"
Reboot the box
Open Blue panel and select "CI-Softcam", then i choose Mgcamd 1.35a and restart the box.

In past i maked the same proceed with CCcam 2.3.0 and run.

I am asking you all these questions, because I think that you did not activate MgCamd emulator.
I don't know remote control buttons of your receiver, but from my DM800HDse, I know that to make emulator active, I need to press blue button of the remote to open emulator menu, and from EMU menu, select RUN emu. When you activate MgCamd, in EMU menu you will see the button Resrart (or Reboot) EMU and words "mgcamd-1.35a" near the command. It means that mgcamd is up and running.
Be sure that you use our mg_cfg file as well. Not ignore, priority, replace lists, but mg_cfg file (https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=28088.0)

From your statistics, I see that you are now connected. Check log-file. If emulator is up and running, you will see the log as well.

Yes the proceed on my box is similiar as on yours.
When the Mgcamd is active i see the restart button.
I delete my mg_cfg and paste the mg_cfg from your link.
I change only L: and set permissions from 600 to 755.
I see now something on the log application, but only when i restart the box, and only if i restart with the app from computer (idreamX for Mac)

After this changes i see move something on log and the tv are bright for 3 seconds.
Then i have a green error screen from dreambox
After this the box are in a endless loop of reboot. Sometime i see tv for seconds.

Green screen (or Screen of death) may mean anything possible starting from incompatibility of image and plug-ins installed, wrong settings of Dreambox network card, png file (picture) of the home screen, etc.
Advice: factory reset and try everything again OR re-install image (firmware), set up network, install mgcamd and try again.
Or: try other image with mgcamd.
Or: find any Dreambox 7080HD specific forum and look for recommendations of proper settings.
If you want your receiver to work perfectly (and this is particularly perfect receiver), you need to set it up properly. We just give general recommendations and settings to our users how to. But, specifically re: your model of receiver, you will need a technical support of this model. Use Google and you will find any helpful material.

I take a look in some forums and read of many problems with mgcamd.
Also the people text that mgcamd is very old and can`t perform at the level of this fast box.
But some users can run mgcamd 1.38.
I uninstall mgcamd 1.35a and install the newest avaiable version, 1.38.
This version run fine on my box with the setting of mg_cfg you give me yesterday.
You think it`s ok to use 1.38?
It is compatible for requests to your server?

this afternoon the dual login run fine.
But this evening the freeze problem are present as same with cccam 2.3.0
I have this problem from begin i use your service (early 2015)
It's present only in evening when many people looks tv.
What can i do to fix this problem?

1. We need log-file during freezes (copy 5-7 minutes log and create txt file).
2. Send this txt file with log to Moderator with detailed explanation of the issue. Moderator will analyze your log and give you advice.
3. Moderator e-mail is moderator at cardsharing.cc (PM are disabled on the forum)
