Hey,
I'm having a problem with the new backup servers which are introduced awhile ago. I updated my reader configuration according the news and the message on the server page. The configurations under the "my subscriptions" are giving me an instant warning in the connection history:
"Connections to back-up server were detected with the dual login option being active. It is strictly prohibited by the rules! You have to disconnect your receiver from the back-up server or disable the duallogin option."
I have no idea how I can disconnect to the server and I can't disable the dual login in my settings due to the active subscriptions. It would be great if someone could point me to the right direction or if a moderator can disable the dual login option in my account. Don't want to risk my account to get terminated.

Disconnect to the server? How is it possible? Either connect TO or disconnect FROM

So, do you have dual-login subscription(s) or not?
Is your receiver with 2 tuners onboard?
It would be great if someone could point me to the right direction or if a moderator can disable the dual login option in my account. Don't want to risk my account to get terminated.
