as i already write in my text... i am new and want to purchase a subscribe but i cant find the right FAQ.
Normaly when you want ti purchase something there is something like "Support"

At the time when our service was just organized, there were no such models of receiver. Consequently, all FAQ items were written for the existing and most used receivers.
